The main cause of a power cut in the villa is the tripping of a protection differential that has detected a current leak in the earth.
In the owner's absence, you can go to the left of the charging station, which is itself to the left of the garage door.
Access to the garage is granted for the only purpose of restoring the electricity supply. Please adhere strictly to these instructions.
- Use the last 6 digits of your booking number (see the check-in form) and then the confirmation key to open the key box
- Stand in front of the garage door and press the small button on the left of the remote control
- Inside the garage, the main electrical cabinet is immediately on your left, open both cabinet doors if they are closed
- In the lower left-hand section, you'll find the two 30 mA and 300 mA earth leakage protection devices
- Reset the differential from the horizontal position by turning it to the vertical position as shown below (if the power is restored, please jump to the last line of these points)
- If the differential trips immediately, disengage the three-phase four-leg fuse identified by S in the right-hand cabinet of the electrical box (jacuzzi)
- Reset again the differential from the horizontal position by turning it to the vertical position as shown below
- Leave the jacuzzi to dry out, taking care not to let the water overflow
- Reset again the differential from the horizontal position by turning it to the vertical position as shown below
- Leave the garage by closing the door and returning the remote control to the key box
