Before booking with Eaglenest Guest House, you must be aware of the following conditions. We look forward to welcoming you. Once a booking has been made and paid for, the guest has entered into a binding contract with Eaglenest and these terms and conditions apply in full. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

  1. Prices: The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all required extras are additional. We accept only the following forms of payment : cash on arrival, bank transfer received prior to arrival, Paypal. On arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of €600 in cash as rental guarantee per rental unit. The obligation to deliver the rental is suspended until production of this deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will not result in the cancellation of the reservation, which will be charged to you.
  2. Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement constitutes a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is not always refundable. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is 30 days or more. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date. For bookings of more than five days, a one night deposit will be charged and is non-refundable. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. Any reservation made online that is not followed by payment within five working days will be automatically cancelled free of charge.
  3. Proper usage: Towels or bed linen with unusual stains (cosmetic stains, discolouration) will be charged. Only standard toilet paper may be used in the toilets, the usage of wet towels is strictly prohibited. Italian showers are equipped with a device that prevents the pipes from being blocked. These devices are cleaned just before your arrival. If after a few uses of a shower the water does not flow normally, you should clean the device with toilet paper and throw the hair mixed with soap into the toilet.
  4. Waste sorting : All plastic packaging (hard or soft), cans and tetra-bars should be disposed of in the blue bin after being crushed. Paper/cardboard packaging should be placed in the red and black folding crate. Glass bottles and glass jars should be placed in the blue folding crate. All packaging must be emptied of its contents. An organic waste container (green) is available outside for emptying food from packaging before disposal. If the grey bin is used without any sorting, a fee of €20 will be deducted from the deposit for each filled bin.
  5. Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
  6. Check-in time: Check-in time is from 4:00PM to 10:30PM. If you want to check in before 4:00 pm or after 10:30 pm, please give us a call in advance, if however your location is not ready you are welcome to collect your keys and leave your luggage. Please let us have your time of arrival so that we are here to welcome you. Your bill balance and rental guarantee for the accommodation is payable on arrival.
  7. Check-out time: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11:00AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
  8. Damages, breakages and key lost: Please take care with our accommodation facilities, you will be asked to sign an inventory of fixtures on arrival. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the rental including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the rental guarantee used to secure the booking. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will result in 40€ charge for a replacement. If the cost of repairs exceeds the amount deposited as security, the inventory of fixtures on arrival will be used to assert our legal rights to obtain compensation for any loss suffered, whether direct (damage) or indirect (unavailability for a new rental).
  9. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our contractors whilst acting in the course of employment. We will use our best efforts to return any items left behind by a guest after their stay, but reserve the right to recoup any costs incurred by Eaglenest Guest House.
  10. Children: Eaglenest Guest House is unable to accommodate children under the age of 11, unless if a special request is made prior to payment of the booking.
  11. Security : Your booking is as contracted for the number of nights and people. You are not allowed to have additional people staying in the location without prior agreement. Eaglenest Guest House reserves the right to charge the full rate for any such unauthorized stay and/or to terminate the booking. In this eventuality, we will levy a charge of 75% of the agreed booking fee for any unused nights. Eaglenest Guest House expect the front door of the property to be closed at all times. We request that all guests follow this safety and security measure. We reserve the right to refuse admission and exclude visitors from our accommodation. A booking-in form must be completed by all guests on arrival with passport numbers for overseas visitors. We also ask that all guests read our fire notice that can be found on the wall of entrance hall.
  12. Behaviour: Please remember that you are sharing Eaglenest Guest House with neighbours and/or with the other guests. Please behave accordingly. Please be aware of fellow guests if coming in very late or leaving early from the Guest House, and when watching TV or playing music. We reserve the right to terminate bookings if faced with unreasonable or anti-social behaviour. We do not tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory language or behaviour and we reserve the right to terminate a booking on receipt of a complaint. Please contact the owners as soon as possible if you have an issue with the behaviour of a fellow guest. In the event of a complaint, we will investigate and respond in a timely and courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends.
  13. Parking: We provide free parking at the front of the Guest House to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the Guest House.
  14. Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop and mobile devices have wireless function. One PC is available for customers to check email and browse internet. As the service is beyond our control, we could not guarantee internet access quality.
  15. No Smoking: All public areas and bedrooms inside the building are no smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of 100€ will be made to rental guarantee to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics. Any sabotage of the fire detection system will also be subject to a deduction of 300 euros on the rental guarantee to cover the costs of reactivating the system by a specialized company
  16. Pets: For the comfort of other guests, Eaglenest Guest House does not allow pets. If you have a registered assistance dog, please inform us prior to booking.
  17. Data protection : Eaglenest Guest House retains your contact details as an integral part of the booking process. We are required to retain your registration for a year. We may contact you in the future with a newsletter, but you can opt out at any time. We will not share your information in any other way with any third party.
