Usually, your host or their representative will welcome you in person. However, there may be occasions when they are unavailable (e.g. on holiday).

You can collect the keys yourself from a secure key box located to the left of the main entrance door (near the pool table).

 

 

Enter slowly the code provided by your host without rushing; each digit you enter must be followed by a beep. 

Confirm the code you have entered by pressing the ‘Check’ button at the bottom right of the numeric keypad.

If the code has been entered correctly, please wait a few seconds for the motor to unlock the box.

When a green LED lights up, you can tilt the front panel towards you from the top.

If the code has not been entered correctly, an orange LED will light up, you must then wait 30 seconds before trying again. 

 

Once you arrive at the villa, you will find information sheets covering what you need to know, the house rules, waste sorting, the hot tub manual, etc...

Please read this information at the start of your stay, as you are expected to have familiarised yourself with these documents.

Your host will almost always be able to answer any questions if anything is unclear, contact details are on some documents.

When you leave, please close the windows and lock the doors, then return the key to the secure box and close it.
